Simple Present Tense, Part I (is, am, are)In English we know the term "verb be" or the verb "be". In the Simple Present Tense, we know there are three kinds of verb "be" is "is, am, and" are ". For starters, the use of the verb "be" is somewhat confusing. This is because the verb "be" can function as a main verb "main verb" in a sentence and could also serve as an Auxiliary verb (as in the Present Continuous Tense).To help us understand it, let us first focus on the use of the verb "be" that serves as the main verb in a sentence Simple Present Tense, but it helps us understand first what it Simple Present Tense.I. Simple Present TenseThe meaning is simple simple, while the present is now. So to say that the Simple Present is tenses (sentence patterns) used to tell the current time in a simple form. b. The fact now: sentences stating the correct facts at the present time.
      
Example: I am at home. (I'm at home)c. Habitual actionExample: Anita goes to her office every morning. (Anita left her office every morning)Another example:I am clever.She watches TV every afternoon.They go to the WTC.If we look at the examples above, there is a sentence that uses the verb "be" and some are not. This is because the simple present tense can be made in the form and in the form of verbal nomial.When wearing the Simple Present Tense verb "be" means the form of nominal sentence, if not use the verb "be" instead using "verb" (such as go, eat, run, study, etc.) means verbal form.Examples of verbal sentences in Simple Present Tense:
            
I go to Jakarta twice a week. (I go to Jakarta twice a week.)
            
My mother cooks every morning. (My mother cooked every morning.)
            
John plays games every morning. (John played the game every morning.)
            
The boy likes juice. (Boy's love juice.)All the above sentences using verbs and sentences are called verbal. Therefore, it does not need the added verb "be", because the sentences already has a verb. So it should not say "I am go to Jakarta every week, but" I go to Jakarta every week.
